Player funds held in your Orion Ply wallet are kept separate from operating funds. This protects your balance in the unlikely event of a business disruption.
Any use of bots, exploits, collusion, or manipulation at Orion Ply tables will result in immediate account suspension. Winnings obtained through unfair means will be voided.
Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to all Orion Ply players at any time. You can activate these directly from your account settings.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and Orion Ply ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at orionply.com and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
By clicking "Register," accessing the Orion Ply platform, or placing any bet or wager through our services, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. These Terms apply to all services offered on the Orion Ply platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, card games, virtual sports, and any promotional activities.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Orion Ply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall take precedence unless the promotion explicitly and specifically states otherwise in writing.

To open and maintain an account with Orion Ply, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
Orion Ply reserves the right to require proof of age, identity, or location at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information regarding your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are aware of any individual under 18 using the Orion Ply platform, please report it immediately to our support team. All such reports are treated confidentially and acted upon without delay.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account with Orion Ply. If we identify multiple accounts held by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at our discretion, void any winnings generated through those accounts. The original account may be retained or closed at our determination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Orion Ply login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. We will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify us of any unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering at Orion Ply and must keep this information up to date. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and the payment method details associated with your account. Providing inaccurate information may delay withdrawals and may constitute a breach of these Terms.
Orion Ply may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or if unusual account activity is detected. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
Keeping your account details current helps us process your withdrawals faster and protects you from potential fraud. Update your registered mobile number immediately if it changes.
Orion Ply accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Orion Ply account balance near-instantly through e-wallet channels and within one business day for bank transfers, though processing times may vary. Orion Ply does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside our control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit, or to a verified alternative method in your account. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically clear within the same business day. Orion Ply does not charge withdrawal processing fees.
All transactions on the Orion Ply platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). There are no foreign exchange conversions. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, less any applicable third-party payment fees.
From time to time, Orion Ply offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (also called "rollover") is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement and a value of ₱500 must generate ₱5,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal request can include those bonus funds.
Orion Ply actively monitors for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or near-zero-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.
Bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date. Wagering requirements must be completed and withdrawals requested before the expiry date and time specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically without notice.
Before accepting any Orion Ply bonus, take two minutes to read the full promotion terms. Knowing the wagering requirement upfront means no surprises when you want to withdraw.
All games available at Orion Ply operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games, physical dealing by qualified operators. Game results are not influenced by your account balance, betting history, previous results, or any external factor. The platform undergoes regular audits by independent testing agencies to verify the integrity of its RNG systems.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure during a game, Orion Ply reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes to the players involved. Winnings accrued during a malfunctioning game state may be voided. Orion Ply's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of disputes about results, Orion Ply will refer to the official record of the event. For virtual sports, outcomes are settled immediately upon event completion as determined by the RNG system.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Orion Ply platform. Any account found to have engaged in one or more of these activities may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance or winnings associated with the prohibited activity may be voided:
Orion Ply actively cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving financial crime, fraud, and underage gambling. Player account data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where required by law.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights as a data subject under applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and law enforcement where required by law.
All content on the Orion Ply platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the property of Orion Ply or its licensed content providers and is protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Orion Ply platform or its content without our express written permission. Reverse-engineering any part of our software is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orion Ply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Orion Ply account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Orion Ply does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. We will notify players of planned downtime in advance wherever possible.
You may close your Orion Ply account at any time by contacting our support team. Any positive balance remaining in a legitimately operated account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and verification requirements.
Orion Ply reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or any other activity that threatens the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.
In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activities may be voided. Genuine deposits made by the player prior to any breach may be returned at our discretion after deduction of any losses incurred by Orion Ply as a result of the breach.
If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a bet, game result, or transaction at Orion Ply, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Please include your account username, the date and time of the event, and the specific transaction or game reference number when submitting a dispute.
We aim to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days. In cases requiring additional investigation, we will provide an update within that period. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channel applicable in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Orion Ply reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Orion Ply platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially alter your rights — may be made without specific notification, though the updated version will always be available on this page.
